1. About NAVA
NAVA is a digital marketplace platform operating in the Republic of Albania, providing services for buying and selling goods, job recruitment, and vehicle rentals.
Our platform connects buyers with sellers, employers with job seekers, and customers with rental companies, facilitating secure transactions and communications.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using NAVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of Albania and EU.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account or conduct transactions. Users aged 13-17 may create accounts with parental consent for browsing purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account and listing items or services.
4. Marketplace Services
NAVA provides a platform for users to list, discover, and purchase goods and services. We do not own, sell, or purchase any items listed on our platform.
Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, and compliance with Albanian consumer protection laws.
Buyers are responsible for reading product descriptions carefully and communicating with sellers before making purchases.
5. Job Board Services
Employers may post job listings and must comply with Albanian labor laws, including equal opportunity employment practices.
Job seekers may apply to posted positions and must provide truthful information in their applications.
Employment relationships are formed directly between employers and job seekers. NAVA is not a party to any employment agreements.
6. Vehicle Rental Services
Rental companies must be properly licensed and insured to operate in Albania and comply with all applicable transportation regulations.
Renters must meet age requirements and possess valid driving licenses as required by Albanian law.
Rental agreements are formed between rental companies and customers. NAVA facilitates bookings but is not responsible for vehicle condition or rental terms.
7. Payments and Fees
We may charge service fees for certain transactions, which will be clearly disclosed before completion.
All payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to individual seller and rental company policies, applicable Albanian consumer protection laws, and our platform policies.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use NAVA to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Sell illegal items or services prohibited by Albanian law
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Attempt to circumvent our fees or payment systems
- Use the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
9. Intellectual Property
NAVA and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you post on our platform but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Albanian and EU data protection laws.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
NAVA provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Albanian law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NAVA shall be resolved through the courts of the Republic of Albania.
We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes through our internal resolution process before pursuing legal action.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
Continued use of NAVA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
